Who we are and what we do?
The Team behind BookingBug are experienced developers and designers who want to help businesses make the best use of the internet.
BookingBug was founded by Glenn Shoosmith who is based in the UK and Gregory Bockenstette who is based in the US giving us a cross-atlantic founding team.
We built BookingBug to help the hundreds of thousands of small service businesses who need to manage their time and to reach their customers more efficiently. By building BookingBug as an embeddable and affiliate driven system from the outset, we've allowed many directory sites, social networks, portals and community sites to not only help service-orientated businesses, but to also helps themselves, creating content and potential revenue.
We are always pleased when clients contact us to talk about their specific requirements. We're certain there are thousands of businesses, from small, individually-run, to much larger companies that could benefit from BookingBug. By allowing customers to view availability, and enquire, reserve or book services online, businesses will increase access and convenience to their customers, and in turn, increase profits. We aim to offer all of this with a service that's easy for customers to use and affordable for small businesses to acquire.
